Our orchards are located in Lincoln, California and Estepa, Spain.

Our family has a true vision and passion to help educate people on the important health benefits that come with using olive oil in their daily diet. We are there every step of the way.

Are all olive oils created equally? The answer is NO.

A good Extra Virgin Olive oil is similar to a good wine. Well, not exactly but different types of olives have different flavors much like grapes. Unlike wine, olive oil does not get better with time. I know it can look beautiful sitting on your counter next to your stove but the light will hurt the oil. You should really keep it in a dark cabinet and away from heat.

Our harvest for table olives start mid September and then as the fruit matures we usually start harvest for oil mid October. Once our olives are harvested for oil they are immediately taken to the mill to be pressed. Our oil is Cold pressed and we never exceed 21C at any part of our process. We press our olives only once to assure the best quality.

Lincoln, CA
Our office is located in Lincoln right off of Hwy 193 (the Wine Trail). This is our young orchard with trees planted in 2015. The Lincoln orchard boasts seven varieties including Leccino, Frantoio, Ascolana, Arbequina, Picual, Taggasca and Kalamata . We welcome visitors that would like to sample our oils by appointment only.

Estepa, Spain
This orchard is known as La Palma in Estepa. With huge palm trees that surround the house, this area has been home to Felipe’s family for many generations. The olive trees in Estepa seem to go on forever and ever, with rows stretching out as far as you can see. It’s truly an amazing place. When the sun is setting we like to go up to the rooftop where the views of the olive trees are breathtaking. Our Estepa orchard has olives that are sold in bulk both for table and oil.
